1. Go to the top of the screen, where the Support logo appears.
2. You will see the games you've downloaded, and you can open a support ticket for any of them.
3. To proceed, click on the Open a ticket option.
4. Then, select the Contact us option
5. Finally, complete the form and click Send


It's important to always include screenshots and provide specific details about your request. The gaming platform usually responds within approximately 72 hours
