Here's what happens to each level on the expiry date, if you haven't reached the crowns needed to move on to the next level.

Regardless of the level on the expiry date, your balance is reset to 0, and your expiry date is extended by a further 3 months in your new level.

Bronze

You keep your Bronze status.

Silver

If you have less than 3000 crowns → you become Bronze.
If you have 3000 crowns or more → you keep your Silver status.

Gold

If you have less than 3000 crowns → you become Bronze.
If you have 3000 crowns or more → you become Silver.
If you have 6000 crowns → you keep your Gold.
