Select "Bank transfer"
Choose how much you want to withdraw
Enter your IBAN and identity details if requested
Confirm your request
💬 Once your request is confirmed, it will appear when you tap on your wallet icon from the home screen.

Use a valid IBAN
Enter correct and complete identity information
Have a Macadam account that follows our Terms of Use

The Virtual Visa Gift Card is a digital prepaid card that carries the Visa logo, just like a regular payment card. It can be used online or in-store, anywhere Visa is accepted. The value is set when the card is issued, and it cannot be reloaded.

• Select Visa Card as your withdrawal method
• Enter your identity details if requested
• Confirm your request
🔎 After submitting your request
• The request is reviewed by our team
• If approved, you will receive a secure email link with your Visa card details
• You can track the status by tapping the wallet icon on the home screen
