A transfer can fail for several reasons:
- A large number of transfer requests simultaneously: When there is a high volume of transactions, this can lead to delays or failures in the processing of transfers.
- An error with the IBAN provided: If the IBAN (International Bank Account Number) provided contains errors, such as incorrect digits or missing characters, the transfer may be refused by our system.
- Inconsistency between the IBAN and BIC provided: If the IBAN and BIC do not match, the transaction may also fail.
If a transfer fails, rest assured that the coins will automatically be credited back to your kitty. If this is not the case, please contact our support team. They will be able to assist you, identify the problem and help you resolve the situation 🙂
