Why can't I request a bank transfer when I've reached 30,000 coins?

If you have reached the 30,000 coins and are not being offered a transfer, you can :

- Check that you have reached Gold level

If you have reached Gold level and the transfer is still not available, please contact our support team. When requesting support, please provide screenshots of your application, highlighting the fact that the transfer option is not available. This will allow our team to better understand the nature of the problem and provide you with more accurate assistance 🙂
