I didn't receive my wedges after playing a game: Adjoe / Play to Earn

Have you played a mobile game via Adjoe and didn’t receive your coins? Don’t worry, we’re here to help!

Usually, the non-reception of coins is due to a tracking issue between the mobile game and the Adjoe platform.

To receive your coins:

  • Don’t use a VPN
  • Make sure you have a stable internet connection
  • Download the game via Macadam, by clicking on the link in the Adjoe/Play to Earn catalog (Direct download from the App Store or Play Store prevents tracking.)
  • Ensure that the game in question has not already been downloaded in the past, as this can affect the reward validation.

Coins reception delay:

Coins can take up to 72 hours to appear in your balance after earning the reward. We encourage you to wait during this period.

Non-reception of coins after 72 hours:

You can directly contact Adjoe to report the issue by following these steps:

Important: Please note that Macadam has no technical means to intervene in the relationship between the mobile game publisher and Adjoe. Only the game publisher has the final authority to assign the coins. Therefore, we advise you to provide as much information as possible.

Find the IDFA (for iPhone users) or AID (for Android users) of your phone:

IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) on iPhone:

  1. Go to “Settings” on your iPhone.
  2. Select “Privacy.”
  3. Choose “Advertising.”
  4. You will find the IDFA at the bottom of the page. Or install the Find my IDFA app or a similar app via the App Store to retrieve the IDFA.

AID (Android ID) on Android :

Open the ‘Settings’ application on your phone.
Select ‘About this phone’ or ‘System’ depending on your phone model.
Look for ‘Status’ or ‘Phone information’.

  • Provide this information to Adjoe (Please note that it may take between 5 and 10 working days to process your request).


    Problem not resolved after 10 days? Contact our support team!

    Make sure you contact Adjoe first. Otherwise, our request will not be processed.
