From the Macadam home screen, follow these steps to submit a support request to TapResearch:
- Go to the Answer Survey section and click on TapResearch.
- Click on Start to begin.
- Navigate to Settings (in the top right corner) and click on Help.
- Then select Submit a support ticket request.
- Choose I didn’t receive my reward and then click again on I completed the survey but was not rewarded.
- Fill out the form with detailed information about your request, then click on Submit.
💡 Our recommendation:
Write your request in English and describe your issue step by step. Note that it is not possible to attach screenshots or photos when submitting a request to TapResearch support. Therefore, make sure to clearly explain your situation to help them process your request efficiently.
