If your cashback request was rejected, it means that the provider did not validate the transaction. Unfortunately, in this situation, we are unable to open a dispute with the merchant.
The provider's decision is final, and no further action can be taken on our side.

Here are some tips to avoid a rejection in the future:

  • Check the offer details before finalizing your purchase (minimum amount, exclusions, etc.).
  • Make sure cookies are enabled in your browser to allow the tracking of your transaction.
  • Make your purchases directly through the link provided in the Macadam app or Safari extension.
  • Do not use promotional codes to guarantee eligibility for cashback.
