I can't validate my challenges, what should I do?

If you're having trouble validating your challenges, first make sure you're using the latest version of the app. Sometimes, an outdated version can cause issues with features like challenge validation.

To do so, please follow the steps below:

• Go to your device's app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).
• Search for Macadam.
• If an update is available, tap Update and install the latest version of the app.

If the app is already up to date, try closing the app completely and reopening it. This simple step can help resolve temporary issues with the app's performance. Then, reopen the app and check if you can validate your challenge.
