What are "watch a video" and how do they work?

• You can watch up to 3 ads without additional conditions. This allows you to start accumulating coins immediately, without having to meet any prerequisites.
• Each time you watch an ad, you receive 5 coins. These coins are an easy-to-earn form of reward and can be used to unlock other benefits within the app.
• After watching 3 ads, you must complete 1000 steps in the app before you can watch a new ad. This encourages you to be more active.
• There is no strict limit on the number of ads you can watch. However, after the 3rd ad, you'll need to validate the mentioned steps in order to continue watching more ads.
