From the Macadam home screen, follow these steps to submit a support request to TapResearch:

Go to the Answer Survey section and click on TapResearch.

Navigate to Settings (in the top right corner) and click on Help.

Then select Submit a support ticket request.

Choose I didn’t receive my reward and then click again on I completed the survey but was not rewarded.

Fill out the form with detailed information about your request, then click on Submit.

6. Fill out the form with detailed information about your request, then click on Submit.

💡 Our recommendation: Write your request in English and describe your issue step by step. Note that it is not possible to attach screenshots or photos when submitting a request to TapResearch support. Therefore, make sure to clearly explain your situation to help them process your request efficiently.
