Understand how survey rewards work and who to contact if something goes wrong.

Why didn’t I receive a reward after a survey?

Surveys in the Macadam app are provided by external partners like Bitlabs, CPX, TapResearch, Prime Survey, and InBrain. These companies are fully responsible for managing profiles, survey completion tracking, and distributing rewards.

⚠️ If you’ve completed a survey but didn’t get your reward, you’ll need to contact the provider directly. We cannot intervene on their side or add missing rewards manually.

What to do before contacting support

To speed things up, make sure to include the following in your request:

  • Date and time when you completed the survey

  • The expected reward (if shown)

  • A short description of what happened

  • A screenshot (if allowed)

  • Use the same email as the one used in the Macadam app

  • Write your message in English

How to contact each provider

Prime Survey

  • Open Macadam

  • Go to Take part in surveys

  • Tap on Prime Survey

  • Tap the ? icon

  • Scroll down and select Question

  • Fill in and submit the support form

CPX Research

  • Open Macadam

  • Go to Answer Surveys

  • Tap on CPX Research

  • Tap the ? icon

  • Scroll down to access the contact form

Note: You must go through the app to contact CPX.

Bitlabs

  • Open Macadam

  • Go to Answer Surveys

  • Tap on Bitlabs

  • Tap the menu (top left) → Help

  • Open any article and scroll down

  • Tap Submit a request

  • Choose BitLabs Surveys, fill in the form and send

📝 Tip: Attach screenshots or a short video showing the issue.

TapResearch

  • Open Macadam

  • Go to Answer Surveys

  • Tap on TapResearch

  • Tap Start, then open Settings (top right)

  • Tap HelpSubmit a support request

  • Choose:

    • “I didn’t receive my reward”

    • “I completed the survey but was not rewarded”

  • Fill out the form and submit

❗Note: You can’t attach screenshots, so explain your issue clearly.

InBrain

Just fill in the form on their website. Screenshots aren’t supported, so try to describe the problem in detail.

What if the provider tells me to contact Macadam?

Sometimes, a provider may incorrectly redirect you to Macadam support.
If that happens:

Don’t worry, this is a known mistake.
Macadam cannot fix reward issues from surveys.
Send us a screenshot of their response so we can report it.
We will make sure it gets flagged to the right partner.
