In Macadam, your Activity Level reflects your average daily steps over the past 7 days. 👟 This helps you track your progress and stay motivated to walk more and live a healthier lifestyle! 🧘🏻

How is the Activity Level Calculated?

Your activity level is based on your 7-day average step count, categorized into four levels:

  • 💪🏻 Motivated: 3,500 steps or fewer per day

  • 🍏 Healthy: Between 3,501 and 8,000 steps per day

  • 🏋🏻 Athlete: Between 8,001 and 15,000 steps per day

  • 🌟 Legend: More than 15,000 steps per day

Where Can I See My Activity Level?

Your activity level is displayed in your profile. Simply tap on it to open a detailed explanation of your level.

Why Does My Activity Level Change?

Your level updates based on your average steps from the past 7 days. If you increase your daily steps, you’ll move up to a higher level. If your step count decreases, you might move down a level.

How Can I Improve My Activity Level?

To reach a higher level, try:

  • Walking more each day

  • Taking breaks to move around

  • Setting personal step goals

  • Exploring new walking routes or challenges
