Whether you’re looking to treat yourself or find the perfect gift for someone else, our gift card options offer a flexible way to enjoy the fruits of your activity.
⚠️ If you currently have Bronze status, don't worry! All you need to do is collect enough crowns to level up to Silver or Gold status. Once you upgrade, you'll gain access to the option of exchanging your coins for gift cards!
📲 How to redeem a Gift Card step by step
Open the Macadam app
Tap the 🎁 gift icon at the bottom of the home screen
Go to the "Gift Cards" tab
Choose the brand you want
Confirm the amount and submit your request
💡 How does a gift card work?
When you redeem a gift card, you receive a code to use directly on the partner’s website.
At checkout:
Find the field labeled “Gift Card” or “Promo Code."
Enter the code you received
The amount will be deducted automatically
If the order exceeds the gift card balance, pay the remaining amount with another method
📌 Don’t forget to check the card’s expiry date and terms of use before applying it.
⏱ When will I receive my gift card?
After you submit your request, it is processed by our team.
The maximum delivery time is up to 15 business days, depending on the volume of requests, but you are notified in the app as soon as the gift card request is approved.
If your card hasn’t arrived after 15 business days, feel free to contact our team support.
❌ What if my code doesn’t work?
Start by checking:
That the code is entered correctly
That there are no spaces before or after the code
That the characters are not confused (like O and 0)
If it still doesn’t work, contact our support team and provide:
The gift card code
The partner brand
Any error message you received
They’ll investigate and help you out.
🔄 Can I cancel a gift card request?
Once your gift card request is submitted, it cannot be cancelled.
If you’re unsure before submitting, we recommend contacting support first; they can help confirm the best option for you.
