What is a booster pack?
A booster pack is a bundle of step boosters that you buy with real money in the Boosters section. Each pack also gives you crowns 👑. To learn how boosters work, read What is a booster and how can I get one?

Depending on your account, you may also see a single x2 booster that you can buy with your Coins.
How do I buy a booster pack?
On the home screen, tap the booster icon ⚡ at the top of the screen.
On Boosters, select the offer you want.
Confirm the payment in the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). It uses the payment method saved in your store account.
Your boosters appear in My items and your crowns are added to your account as soon as the store confirms the payment.
💡 Your boosters never expire, and only one booster can be active at a time. The others wait in My items until you activate them. Prices of each pack and currencies vary depending on your country.
My payment is "processing"
Some payment methods take longer to confirm (some cards, mobile carrier billing, or Ask to Buy on a child's Apple account). While a payment is processing:
Booster packs paid with real money are greyed out. Boosters bought with Coins are still available.
You don't need to do anything. Your boosters arrive on their own once the store confirms the payment, usually within minutes, sometimes a few days.
Please don't try to buy the same pack again in the meantime. You will only be charged once.
My payment failed
If the app shows "Oops, payment failed", you were not charged. This can happen if your card was declined, if you cancelled the payment, or if an Ask to Buy request was declined or not answered within 7 days. You can try again or update your payment method in your store account.
I paid but I don't see my boosters
Fully close and reopen the app.
Open the Boosters section and pull down to refresh.
Check My items, and tap the clock icon to see your booster history.
Most cases fix themselves within a few minutes. If your boosters are still missing after 1 hour, contact our support team with your store receipt (it shows your order ID).
Can I get a refund?
iPhone: refunds are handled by Apple only. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Android: you can request a refund from Google Play, or contact our support team.
ℹ️ Good to know: when a purchase is refunded, all the boosters from that pack are cancelled, including a booster that is running. The Coins already earned with those boosters are removed from your balance (your balance never goes below 0). You'll find the cancelled boosters in your booster history.
