How do I report a user?

You can also report a user if you think they are showing inappropriate behaviour or explicit content on Macadam.

To report a user:

1. Go to their profile, click on the “…” menu on the right.
2. Choose Report
3. Then click on the reason why you wish to report this user.

• Explicit content refers to an inappropriate profile picture, bio, name or pseudo.
• Inappropriate behaviour can refer to a inappropriate number of friend requests, or knocks, or any behaviour that happens within the Macadam app that you consider is not adequate.

1. After choosing the reason, click on “Send report”.

This will open a ticket for our Customer Support Team which will review the reported user and take appropriate action as per our community guidelines.
