🏦 What Happens if my Bank Transfer Fails?

Missing a transfer can be frustrating, but don't worry! In most cases, your progress is protected. Here is exactly how it works and what you should check.

⚠️ Transfer Failed (Technical Errors)

If your transfer fails for a technical reason, rest assured, your coins are safe.

  • Our system will automatically return the coins to your Macadam wallet, and you'll have to make a new request as soon as the offers are available.

  • This usually happens quickly, but please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your balance.

If your coins haven't returned after 14 days, contact our team support, and we’ll investigate immediately! 😉

💬 Common mistakes

Most failures are due to small errors when filling the form. Double-check these three points:

  • IBAN Errors: A single wrong digit or an accidental space can block the entire process.

    • Tip: Copy and paste your IBAN directly from your banking app instead of typing it manually.

  • IBAN & BIC Mismatch: Your IBAN (Account Number) and BIC (Bank Identifier) must belong to the exact same bank and country. If they don't match, the transaction is declined for security.

  • High Traffic (Network Congestion): During "Cashout Drops," thousands of users request transfers at once. This can occasionally overwhelm the banking system.

    • Solution: If this happens, simply wait until the offer is available to try again.

🚫 Transfer Rejected

A transfer may be rejected by our team if there is a breach of our Terms of Service. In these specific cases, the transfer cannot be completed, and the coins are not refunded.

To keep your account in good standing, avoid:

  1. Unauthorized Apps: Using "cheat" apps or modified trackers to fake steps. We only accept activity from officially integrated apps.

  2. Multiple Accounts: Macadam is strictly one account per person. Managing multiple accounts to claim rewards will lead to a permanent block on your transfers.

  3. Fake Identity: Using a false name or incorrect birth date. Your profile details must match your legal ID for us to verify the payment.

📸 How to Ensure a Smooth Payout

To avoid your transfer failing, please enable Macadam's access to the camera: When you fill out the Cashout form, the app will ask for permission to use your camera if you didn't authorize the access before.

  • Why? You need to take a live, clear photo of your ID to prove your identity.

  • The Benefit: Authorizing the camera makes the verification process much faster and prevents your transfer from being delayed due to "missing documents."
