To contact Play Time, follow these steps:
1. Scroll down and click on the Support option.
2. The Play Time FAQ will appear.
3. In the bottom right corner, a blue chat bubble will pop up.
4. Click on the blue chat bubble and start answering the questions.
5. After completing the initial steps, a message will appear saying: "If your problem still persists, please leave a message."
6. Click on: "Yes, I would like to leave a message."
7. Write your message and attach a screenshot showing your current game level and the coins you should have received.
8. Finally, click Send.

It’s important to always include screenshots and provide specific details about your request. The gaming platform usually responds within approximately 72 hours.
