How to contact Bitlabs?

From the Macadam home screen, follow these steps to contact Bitlabs:

1. Go to the Answer Survey section and click on Bitlabs.
2. Go to the menu in the top left corner.
3. Click on Help and the various articles from Bitlabs' help center will appear.
4. Select an article and scroll down.
5. You will find an option that says: Submit a request. Click on it.
6. Select BitLabs Surveys and the form to open a ticket will appear.
7. Fill out the form correctly with all the required details.
8. Finally, click Submit to send your request.
