How to contact Theoremreach?

From the Macadam home screen, follow these steps to submit a support request to TheoremReach:

1. Go to the Answer Survey section and click on TheoremReach.
2. Navigate to the Settings (top right), then click on Frequently Asked Questions and Help.
3. Scroll down the page, and you will find the form to open a ticket with TheoremReach support.
4. Complete the form and click Submit.

💡 What we recommend:
Attach screenshots and describe the issue step by step.
TheoremReach accepts files in jpeg, png, xls, doc, and pdf formats.
You can only submit one support request per day. If users abuse the ticket submission system, TheoremReach may cancel their account.
