🎁 What is the 10€ Welcome Bonus?
The Welcome Bonus is a special promotion for new Macadam users. If you complete the challenge within 100 days of signing up, you will receive a bonus equivalent to 10€, paid out in 20,000 coins directly to your balance.
🚀 What are the two goals I need to complete?
To qualify for the bonus, you must complete both of the following tasks within 100 days of your registration date:
Coin Balance: Reach a total active balance of 30,000 coins.
⚠️Please note this refers to your current balance in the app (it is not cumulative; you must hold at least 30,000 coins at the time of completion).
Streak: Achieve a 30-day active streak.
🔥 How is the streak calculated?
For this promotion, we look at your active streak counter.
Your streak must be 30 consecutive days or more.
Important: Only standard active days count. Days maintained via "streak repairs" or "ice-cream" days do not count toward this specific promotion. You can verify your progress by checking the "Longest Streak" counter on your profile/streak page.
💰 How and when will I receive the reward?
Once you have met both requirements, your bonus of 20,000 coins (equivalent to 10€) will be automatically added to your balance.
Please allow up to 24 hours after completing the final milestone for the coins to appear. If your balance has not updated after 24 hours, please contact our Customer Support team through the app, and we will be happy to assist you.

This challenge is available only for users residing in Italy 🇮🇹 that sign up after March 3rd, 2026.
To ensure the fairness of the promotion, the following terms apply:
One Account Per User: This offer is limited to one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to claim the bonus is strictly prohibited.
Fair Play: Macadam reserves the right to disqualify users who engage in fraudulent activity, such as using bots, emulators, or falsifying activity data.
Right to Modify: Macadam reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time at our discretion, though we will honor the terms for users who were already participating in the challenge.
