  3. A blue chat bubble will show up in the bottom-right corner

  4. Click on the chat bubble and answer the automated questions

  5. After the questions, a message will appear:


      "If your problem still persists, please leave a message"

  6. Click "Yes, I would like to leave a message"

  7. Write your message and attach a screenshot showing:
     • Your current game level
     • The number of coins expected

  8. Click Send to submit your request
