  1. Tap on the Settings icon in the top-right corner of the Torox interface

  2. Select My Activity

  3. Click on the game where you’re missing your reward

  4. Tap on the Missing Rewards section

  5. A form will appear. Fill in all required information carefully

  6. Click Apply for Missing Reward to submit your request

📸 What to Include

To avoid delays, always attach:

  • A screenshot of your game progress or completed level

  • A screenshot of the reward expectation (if available)

  • The exact game name and mission or level completed

💡 Providing clear and specific details helps the Torox team verify your request more quickly.

⏱️ Response Time

Torox usually responds within 3 business days
Please make sure to submit your request only after 72 hours have passed since completing the offer
