To start the process, open Prime from the Macadam app gaming section.

📝 Steps to Submit Your Request

Follow these steps to contact the Prime support team:

  1. On the main page, click on "?" button on the top right

  2. The Prime Help section will appear, and you can click on "Ask a Question" on the bottom of the page to send a new request.

  3. Write your message and attach a screenshot showing:
    • Your current game level

    • The screenshot of the reward page associated with the game.

  4. Click Send to submit your request

🔤 Response Time

🕒 The Prime support team typically replies within 72 hours, and you can see the status of your request in the same section.

📸 Reminder:

To ensure fast handling of your request, always include:
• A clear screenshot of your progress in the game showing the target reached.
• A screenshot of the Prime offer showing the coins promised for each target.
