The Prime Help section will appear, and you can click on "Ask a Question" on the bottom of the page to send a new request.
Write your message and attach a screenshot showing:
• Your current game level• The screenshot of the reward page associated with the game.
Click Send to submit your request

🕒 The Prime support team typically replies within 72 hours, and you can see the status of your request in the same section.

To ensure fast handling of your request, always include:
• A clear screenshot of your progress in the game showing the target reached.
• A screenshot of the Prime offer showing the coins promised for each target.
