To start the process, open Tyrads from the Macadam app gaming section.
Steps to Submit Your Request
Follow these steps to contact the Tyrads support team:
On the main page, click on Active offers on the bottom of the page.
The game reward section will appear, and you can click on "Need help?"
Select the missing reward level.
Attach the following:
• a screenshot of your current game level.• Player ID (to find the game's settings).
Click Submit your ticket.
Response Time
🕒 The Tyrads support team typically replies within 72 hours, and you can see the status of your request in the same section.

To ensure fast handling of your request, always include the following:
• A clear screenshot of your progress in the game showing the target reached.
• Player ID (to find in the game's settings).
