Learn how to sync your Fitbit data with Macadam to track your steps and activity directly in the app depending on your phone's model.
🍏 For iOS Users:
On iPhone, Macadam primarily relies on Apple Health as its primary data source. Because Fitbit does not natively sync directly with Apple Health, you need a "bridge" app to move your steps from Fitbit to Apple Health so Macadam can see them.
You will need a third-party syncing app. Popular choices include Power Sync for Fitbit or Sync Solver.
Download your chosen sync app from the App Store.
Follow the app’s instructions to log in to your Fitbit account.
Grant the app permission to write data to Apple Health (specifically "Steps" and "Walking + Running Distance").
Run a manual sync to ensure your recent steps appear in the Apple Health app.
